Keep your finest cigar collection flawlessly aged with the Mahogany and Planetree Burl Humidor. This premium, handmade tabletop humidor is meticulously constructed from rich Honduran mahogany. It features an exquisite planetree burl wood top piece for a stunning natural centerpiece. Each corner is mitered and reinforced with an elegant, functional mahogany dovetail key for lifelong durability.
 
The interior is lined with premium 1/4" solid Spanish Cedar wood. This provides superior moisture regulation and ideal conditions for proper cigar aging. To further stabilize internal humidity levels, the mahogany shell is sealed with a polyurethane varnish. This process heavily prevents vital moisture from escaping outward through the wood framework over time.
 
The box uses luxury, solid brass Brusso hinges featuring an integrated stop mechanism. This lets the lid remain propped open smoothly without risking a sudden accidental slam. For immediate use, the humidor comes fully equipped with a lid-mounted Cigar Caddy humidifier. It also features a digital Hydroset 2 monitor for instant temperature and moisture readings.

Care and Seasoning Instructions:
 
Because this humidor is built in a semi-arid climate, please follow these steps to properly prepare the dry wood before adding your cigars:
 
Initial Seasoning Process
  1. Calibrate Your Hygrometer: The included Hydroset 2 monitor is accurate out of the box, but a Boveda One-Step Calibration Kit is recommended for perfect precision.
  2. Activate the Humidifier: Fill the Cigar Caddy humidifier using only distilled water or a mix of distilled water and propylene glycol. Avoid tap water to prevent mineral buildup or mold.
  3. Wait for Stabilization: Place the filled humidifier inside and close the lid. Let the raw Spanish Cedar line slowly absorb moisture over a few days.
  4. Refill If Necessary: Check the levels after 48 hours. If the wood absorbs the moisture quickly, refill the humidifier once more until the internal climate stabilizes between 65% and 72% humidity.
