Shipping
Your item will be shipped 3-5 business days after full payment is received.
I will typically ship via USPS or UPS. I will not ship to unverified addresses. If the USPS can not verify the address, I will contact you first. If I do not hear back from you, I will cancel the order.
Almost all of my shipping is calculated by USPS and/or UPS. This can occasionally result in higher shipping charges, especially if you buy multiple items. I do automatically combine shipping for orders shipping to the same address. I also refund shipping overages when they are more than a couple bucks.
Returns Policy
Special orders are non-returnable.
Regular orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt in the condition it was recieved. Please notify us by phone or email before the return. You are responsible for returning the item(s) to R designs. Refunds issued will not include original shipping. Please include your receipt. Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been damaged. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.
