Our cutting and serving boards can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and periodically oiled with cutting board oil or food-safe mineral oil. A food-safe cutting board wax can also be applied after oiling.

Our serving trays should be wiped clean with a damp cloth and dried immediately after.

Do not soak either the boards or the trays in water or put them in the dishwasher.
