How to Set Up the Game

  • A Mancala board

  • 48 stones or counters (like marbles, beans, or buttons)

  • Place four stones in each of the six holes on both sides of the board, leaving the larger cups (mancalas) empty.

How to Play Mancala

  • Players take turns picking up all stones from one of their holes and distributing them counterclockwise into the following holes.

  • Players can place stones in their own mancala but must skip their opponent's mancala.

• How do I win the game?

  • The game ends when one player has no stones left on their side. The other player then places all remaining stones from their side into their mancala. The player with the most stones in their mancala is the winner.
